I Needed A Vegetable To Make With Fish, So I Decided To Try Something New With What I Had In My House.... It Was Good.

Cut Up Onion Into Small Pieces... Season Them. Place Them In The Skillet.
Stir On A Regular Just So Nothing Sticks To The Pan.
Once The Onion Starts To Get A Little Brown Add The Spinach (And Stir).
Turn The Heat Down To Low.
Keep Stirring It
Serve With Whatever You Made As A Main Dish Or Eat Just Like That.
