2 CupsRice (washed)
2 tbspCoconut Oil
1 tspFenugreek Seeds (methi)
1 CupCoconut Milk
to tasteSalt
as neededWater

Steps

Heat a pan add oil,fry the methi with curry leaves and garlic till golden colour
2

Add water and add coconut milk let it boil
3

As it boils pour in the rice add salt and let cook till water evaporates.

Serve hot with your ideal Curry
