Boil milk. Allow it to simmer till it reduces to 3/4 of original quantity.

Crumble paneer and add to boiling milk. Let it cook till it reduces to half.

Add sugar, chopped nuts and cardamoms.

In the end add saffron strands soaked in milk. Cook for some more time.

Your Kheer is ready. Garnish with chopped nuts and serve.
