Steps

Take a bowl add milk powder, powder sugar,ghee and milk and make a smooth dough.

Now take a non stick pan add light roast mava.For 2- 3 minutes and turn off the gas

Now add some sugar, chopped dry fruits and mava coconut and cardamom and mix well.

Now take a small ball of dough and stuff mava mixture and shape it like modak.

Now take a fry pan and light fry it.
- 6
Modak are ready to eat.
