Steps

Soak dal for 3-4 hrs. After that add ginger,green chillies, salt and hing to it and grind it into a paste.

Mix it with hands properly.

Make small vadas and fry it in medium high flame.

Put it in water for almost 15 mins. Take it out from water.

Put the vada in a katori and add curd to it then add red imli chutney (I have used imli pichkoo) u can use homemade too. Then add green chutney and garnish with sev. Add red chilli powder,bhuna jeera powder and chat masala to it.Garnish with onions if unwant or else skip.

Ready to serve.
