Ingredients

  1. 250 gmspoha
  2. 1tomato chopped
  3. 1mustard seeds
  4. to tastesalt and red chilli
  5. 1 tspturmeric
  6. 2 tbspoil
  7. Few curry leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak poha and drain all water immediatey

  2. 2

    Heat oil add mustard seeds and saute tomatoes

  3. 3

    Add spices and mix till tomato get mashy

  4. 4

    Add curry leaves now to maintain flavour,add poha and mix well,serve with tea.
