  • 500 gmssuji
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 cupcurd
  • as neededwater
  • 1 packeteno

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix salt,suji and curd well

  2. 2

    Add enough water neither too thick nor to runny

  3. 3

    Keep aside for 10 minutes

  4. 4

    Add eno and batter and pour this batter in idli moulds and steam till perfectly steam,check by knife if it's come out clean it's ready
