  • 500 gmsgajar chopped
  • to tastesalt and red chilli
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 2 tbspoil

    Heat oil add cumin seeds

  2. 2

    Add gajar and all spices

  3. 3

    Mix and cover it and stir meanwhile

  4. 4

    Check if gajar done then off the flame and serve with roti.
