  • Bonnet pepper
  • Carrots
  • Onions
  • Chicken stock
  • Salt & spices
  • Oil
  • Persley for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pot add in oil, add onions, stir fry till translucent. Add chicken stock, bonnet pepper, salt and spices and bring to a boil. Add in the potatoes and carrots. Cook till tender. Garnish with persley and serve.
