Ingredients

  1. Rice
  2. Oil
  3. Bonnet pepper
  4. Ginger, onions & garlic
  5. Seasoning and salt
  6. Hot water

  1. 1

    Heat oil, add in rice and stir fry. Add ginger, Onion and garlic, add bonnet and stir fry till rice is golden brown. And hot water, add in seasoning & salt, cook till tender. Serve.
