  1. 1 poundground beef
  2. 3-5 clovesgarlic diced
  3. 3-5 pieceschopped green onion
  4. 1/4 cupchopped green olives
  5. 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  6. 2 teaspoonscummin
  7. 1 teaspoonMexican chili powder
  8. 1 teaspoonAncho chili powder
  9. 1 teaspoonoregano
  10. 1 pinchcoriander powder
  11. 1 teaspoonValentina Salsa Picante hot sauce
  12. 1/4 cuptomato sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown the beef with garlic and onions. Add olives last when browned.

  2. 2

    Add all other ingredients together and mix well.

  3. 3

    Stir in spice mixture with beef. Cook until a thick light sauce develops. Add water or more tomato sauce if necessary.
