  • 1big baingan
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • to tastesalt and red chilli
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcumin
  • 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast baingan,peel it and mash it

  2. 2

    Heat oil add cumin,saute onon,tomato

  3. 3

    Add all spices and cook for 2 minutes

  4. 4

    Add mashed baingan and mix well,cook for 2 minutes and serve.
