For brownie:- Take a pan melt chocolate adding a milk. take maida soda and baking powder in a bowl. Beat condesed milk and 30 gms of butter (room temp)Add maida mixture honey and pour melted chocolate add venilla assence beat with manual beater. Add hazelnuts small pcs.

Mix well and pour in a baking tray. In preheated oven. Bake 20-25 mins. 180*

For praline :-Melt 3-4 tbsp sugar add hazelnut crunch and melt add 1 tbsp butter stir and spread in a greased plate. Let it cool. And remove from plate.

For Nest:- Melt 1 cup sugar and make chashni roll chashni taar with the help of 2 fork. Make a ball. Nest is ready

Now take a brownie pc in a serving plate. Put nest ball and butter scotch icecream arrange praline garnish with hezal nut butter scotch chips and praline crunch.

Yummy innovative brownie icecream is ready to serve. Serve hot brownie with icecream.
