Cooking Instructions

Scramble your eggs, open your empanada shells. Brush the ends with the egg wash.

Spoon in the middle of the shell 2 tablespoons of Nutella, place a few bananas. then close the shell and seal the shell add more egg wash to seal it shut use a fork to make sure it's closed.

Make your vanilla, cinnamon, butter and sugar mixture. Set aside for after cooking

Place the empanadas in hot oil to fry. Fry for 45 seconds until golden brown once golden take out sprinkle with sugar,cinnamon and vanilla mixture while still hot. Place in 350 degree oven for a few minutes

Garnish with mint and powder sugar
