Add the oil in a pan. Then stir fry the onion until fragrant.

Add in the potato and carrot, mix well.

Then add in the pumpkin. Mix again.

Add in the tomato and thyme. Mix well.

Put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Put back on the pan. Add some seasonings and herb. Let simmer until thickens.

Serve with bread or croutons.
