Steps

Cut corners of the bread, and roll it thinner with the help of rolling pin(bailun) keep it a side.

In a bowl add grated potatoes, boiled corn, salt, black pepper, chilli flakes (you can use green Chlli also) mixed herbs mix it properly. If potatoes are hot wait for being cold. When it cool add grated cheese in it again mix it well.

Mix well butter and garlic chutany together

In another bowl add corn flour, salt and pinch of black pepper and make a batter of it.

Take one slice of bread spread garlic chutany on it, roll of potatoes corn stuffing.Roll the bread and pack it with corn flour batter on the top and bottom.

Repeat this step and pack all the rolls.

Heat oil / butter in pan and fry these pockets on medium flame from both the sides. Delicious tea time snacks.
