1 kgCarrot
1 kgmilk
2 cupsugar
2 cupghee
as neededDry fruits of your choice

Take a Kadai and put grated carrot in it and add ghee. then cooked it for 15 minutes after that put the milk in it.

Cooked it 1/2 hours on medium flame. after that put the sugar and dry fruits in it and cooked it.

When it gets dry off then Halwa is ready and served it.
