Ingredients

  • Unripe bananas
  • Salt cooking oil
  • 1medium size onion
  • 3medium size tomatoes
  • Curry powder
  • Water
  • Grounded groundnuts

  1. 1

    Peel the bananas cut into halves and wash in a basin

    In a sufuria,boil the bananas till they are ready to be mashed

    Prepare the ingredients

    Put the mashed bananas in a separate sufuria rinse the other one and add the ingredients to cook then add the groundnuts and mix well with the ingredients

    Add a little salt and curry powder one tablespoon mix well then add some few drops of water then cover with a lid

    Serve with hot milk tea and enjoy the taste.
