Sift flour and set aside

Preheat oven to 180degrees

Cream together sugar and butter

Add the vanilla essence and beat in the eggs, one at a time until well combined

Fold in half of the sifted flour and half milk and fold.. Add the remaining flour and milk little by little until you get the desired consistency.

Scoop and pour in your lined cupcake tin. Fill it ¾way so that when it bakes it fills the cupcake paper/tin.

Place it in the oven and let it bake until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.
