My comeback recipe it's been a while. Always a great breakfast.
Steps

Add your flour to a container. Add salt and sugar to taste.

Beat your eggs and add vanilla. To them and mix well. Add the eggs to the dry ingredients and mix well.

Add all the milk and mix well. If the consistency is too thick, be sure to add some water.

Allow the batter to rest for about 10 minutes before proceeding to cook.

Heat up your pan on the cooker, add some cooking oil. Pour in some batter and swirl the pan to level it and to get a thin layer. Allow to cook till well browned on one side.

Turn on the other side add a spoonful of oil and allow to cook till well browned

Repeat till all the batter is cooked.

Clean up your fruits to garnish while serving.

If you are a sweet tooth garnish with maple syrup.
