  1. 10Processed Tofu
  2. Halfonion bulb
  3. 3scotch bonnet
  4. 1tattashe
  5. 1maggi cube,1 onga cube,1 mr chef cube
  6. Curry,thyme
  7. Oil for frying
  8. Little chopped spring oinion

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry ur tofu in a hot oil,nd drain on paper towel to remove excess oil,in a pan add chopped onion to a hot oil,stir fry till soften,add squashed abi blended pepper mix unto the oil,stir fry and add seasonings nd spices,stir fry for 1 mins nd sprinkle spring onion nd turn off heat
