Stuffed cones chappati
These recipe is so delicious and easy to make
Steps

Divide each chappatis into two equal sizes

Make a paste using flour and water to seal the cones

Use your finger to rub the paste on the edges of the chappati

Then roll the the chappati half way

Then flip the other side to make cone keep repeating these process untill all the chappatis are finished

In a frying pan add in oil,when oil is hot put chappatis and fry them for two minutes on each side... don't over fry them cause we still want them to be chewy not to much crunchy

When fully fried put in a coliander to drain out excess oil

For the filling:place frying pan on a medium low heat, add oil, when the oil starts to sizzle add in minced meat and cook

Keep cooking untill all the juice of the meat is almost finish,then add in curry,thyme,black pepper, Maggi, chopped bell peppers, chopped tomatoe,chopped onion,paste of scott bonnet,paste of ginger and garlic

Cover and cook until all the veggies are tendered

Then add the filling into chappati cones and enjoy....yum yum yum
