Steps

Perboil your rice. When perboiling add in your peas so it softens.(that if you are not using the canned peas). Here is my parboiled rice and peas👇

Cook your meat and dice it like this👇

Keep the beef stock aside.👇

Chop your carrots, green peppers, onion and green beans and grind your garlic and scotch bonnet 👇

In a pot add groundnut oil and onion👇

Add in your chopped beef and allow to fry👇

Add in your grinded scotch bonnet and garlic 👇stir and allow to fry

Add in your chopped vegetables excluding the green pepper and little onions 👇

Add your curry and spices and allow to fry

Add your rice and peas add little curry and stir

Allow to fry. Then add in your beef stock and cover to simmer.

Finally add your green peppers and remaining onions

Cover for a minute and stir.

Your fried rice is ready.. Enjoy with cawslow and any drink of your choice.
