  • 6-7badaam
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1 pinchcardamom powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and soak the almonds overnight.

  2. 2

    Peel the skin and keep it aside.

  3. 3

    Take a kettle and boiled milk and chopped almonds and mixed sugar and cardamom powder and boiled to 20-25 minute.

  4. 4

    Ready to healthy milk badam.
