Ingredients

  • 100 gmsmushroom blanched and chopped
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsptomato sauce
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 2 tspfresh cream
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat butter and add ginger garlic paste

  2. 2

    Add onion chopped and salt stir fry well

  3. 3

    Add mushrooms and fry with red chilli powder

  4. 4

    Add sauce mix well and garnish with fresh cream and serve
