1Eggplant
2 tspMustard Oil
1 tspChopped Ginger
2Chopped Green Chillies
1Chopped Onion
2 tspChopped Coriander Leaves
to tasteSalt

Steps

1

Pierce the eggplant with a knife slightly. Roast the eggplant.

Keep the egg plant down for cooling and remove the peel after it has cooled down.

Add onions, ginger, coriander leaves, salt, mustard oil, green chillies.

Mix well and it is ready to serve.
