Potatoe balls are one of the rare recipes I found in this forum

10 piecesArish potatoes
Cooked shredded meat
Red bell pepper and onions
Seasonings
Salt
2eggs lightly beaten
PinchDry Ginger

Steps

Peel and wash potatoes, put potatoes in pot add little salt and allow boil until soft

In a bowl combine cooked potatoes,small amount of black pepper,maggi and dry pepper stir well until the ingredients are incorporated

Put your shredded meat in pan add Chopped onions and red pepper seasoned and add a little veg oil stir fry

Place your beatened eggs in separate bowl add pinch of ginger and salt. Use a small cookie scoop to scoop balls of mashed potato mixture. Add your shredded meat in between then roll into a ball in your hands, then dredge first in egg and then in bread crumbs Repeat until all mashed potatoes are used

Set your veg oil on fire and deep fry the pototoe balls
