  • Yam, 1 satchet of Benny, salt, Ghana pepper, curry
  • Groundnut oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the yam to any shape of your choice, pour the curry, Benny, Ghana pepper and salt into the yam and mix very well. Leave it for about 30 mins to allow the yam absorb the condiments then dip fry
