First, soak the urad dal for minimum 2 hours

After that, make a paste of soaked urad dal with green chillies in a mixture grinder

Take out the paste in a bowl and add poppy seeds, nygella seeds and salt to it

Take a pan and put oil in it for deep fry

When the oil becomes hot, put that paste by making small balls one by one and deep fry it.
