Heat oil and fry onion,ginger & garlic

Add salt and turmeric powder and stir fry

Add tomato and red chilli powder and stir fry till colour changes

Now switch off and bend into smooth paste

Heat oil and temper cumin seeds,bay leaf and red chilli

Now shallow fry the paneer and add blended masala
- 7
Saute well and add sugar,garam masala powder and serve
