Ingredients

1large sweet potato peeled and sliced
1/2kilo potatoes peeled and sliced
2-3 tablespoonsolive oil
500 mlvegetable stock
2 teaspoonfresh or dried mixed herbs
to tasteSalt and Pepper

Steps

Peel and roughly slice potato/sweet potato. Add to overproof dish.

Add oil and herbs and mix

Pour over stock and back at 190 degrees centigrade for approx 45 minutes.
