Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 cupChana Dal
  • 1 cupsweet corn kernels
  • 1boiled potato
  • 1/2finely chopped yellow capsicum
  • 1/2finely chopped red capsicum
  • 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1 tbspchopped Coriander
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspChat Masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • Oil for shallow fry
  • Green chutney
  • Tomato sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cook Chana Dal in pressure cooker until soft and tender.

  2. 2

    Boil sweet corns separately in pressure cooker until soft and tender.

  3. 3

    Drain excess water. Remove peel of boiled potato. Mash potato.

  4. 4

    Mash Chana Dal and sweet corn with pav bhaji masher. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix all properly.

  5. 5

    Divide into equal portions. Make kababs.

  6. 6

    Heat a non stick pan. Pour some oil. Keep 4-5 kababs. Shallow fry both sides until golden brown.

  7. 7

    Serve hot with tomato sauce and green chutney.
