Steps
- 1
My meat came already cut. I put oil in the pan and seasoned the meat with a bit of salt, pepper and soy sauce.
- 2
Once it's mildly cooked you put it aside and in the same pan you put the shredded onion. You pour 3 tablespoons of honey, wine, bit more soy sauce and pepper.
- 3
Once they are almost transparent I put the potatoe (I had it cooked from a previous recipe and didn't want too much of it) and 2 tomatoes. When it started to get dry I poured a little wine I had leftover.
- 4
I added the previously cooked meat and there in some more wine, soy sauce and a bit barbecue sauce (too much?).
- 5
Add or take ingredients at personal taste. Voilá!
