Wash very well the fish and cut it either horizontally or vertically, the essence is for the pepper sauce to be able to enter inside the fish well.

Then prepare your pepper sauce and put in those cut spaces. Then wrap in a foil paper very well and start to oven. You can set it in 35 degree do that it won't burn but monitor it well.

In say 35mins,it should be ready. It is the heat from the foil paper that will make it cook well. So wrap well. Then then the fish again and again at 10mina interval and give it small time, it should be ready. Serve with the fried Irish and chilled drink
