Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspmaida
  2. 1 bowlpaneer cubes
  3. 100 mlcooking oil
  4. 3 tbspcornflour
  5. 1 tbspsoya sauce
  6. 3 tbspchilli sauce
  7. 3 tbsptomato ketchup
  8. to tastesalt
  9. 1/2 tbspblack pepper powder
  10. 1/2 tbsp chinese salt
  11. 1onion(finely chopped)
  12. 2chillies(chopped)
  13. 2 clovesgarlic(chopped)
  14. 1capsicum(chopped)
  15. 1 inchginger(chopped)
  16. 1 smallchopped onion
  17. Somecoriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add 2 tbsp maida,2 tbsp cornflour,salt and water in it.Now mix it and make a thin paste.

    Now add the paneer cube and take it out.

  3. 3

    Now heat oil in deep frying pan and deep fry the paneer till it becomes brown.

  4. 4

    Heat little amount of oil in a frying pan.Now fry ginger,garlic,chillies,and onion in it.

  5. 5

    Add capsicum and fry it.

  6. 6

    Add salt,Chinese salt and black pepper powder and stir it.

  7. 7

    Now add soya sauce,ketchup and chilli sauce to it and stir it.

  8. 8

    Take a bowl add 1 tbsp cornflour and water and mix it well add it to the pan and mix it

  9. 9

    When it starts boiling,add the fried paneer and mix it and cook for 2 mins.

  10. 10

    Your paneer manchurian is ready.Garnish it with onion leaves and coriander leaves and enjoy.
