Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsRice flour
  2. 2 cupschana dal
  3. 1/4 spoonJeera
  4. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  5. 2Green chillies
  6. 1/2 bunchGreen coriander
  7. As per tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Soak chana dal 3/4 hours make a soft paste add salt and spice

  2. 2

    Make a soft dough of rice flour keep aside for 20 mins.

  3. 3

    Now make peetha stuff with chana dal and boil it when they cool down cut into piece

  4. 4

    Serve boiled peetha or shallow fry with ghee we eat them with tomato chutney
