Cook the rice and set aside

Wash your chicken and put in a pot, add your seasoning, spice and salt to taste, allow to cook. Fry the chicken and set aside.

Blend your tomatoes and peppers, boil until water dries off, and set aside

In another pot, preheat your vegetable oil, add onion, ginger and garlic, add tomato puree, fry until the sour taste is gone, add your chicken stock, and chicken, add seasoning and spices, allow it to cook until oil stays on top then your chicken stew is ready. Enjoy
