Ingredients

  • 1 bowlchopped spinach
  • 1/2 bowl veggies chopped
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspgreen chillies chopped
  • 1 tspnigella seeds
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add veggies and saute for a while

  3. 3

    Add chopped spinach and saute until moisture dries out

  4. 4

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it is soft

  5. 5

    Add sugar and mix well and it is ready.
