Ingredients

  1. Ugba
  2. Ground pepper
  3. Ground ehuru
  4. Palm oil
  5. Seasoning cube and salt
  6. Ngu (used to give the palm oil an orange colour)
  7. 2 TSPground Crayfish

Steps

  1. 1

    Warm the ugba, use a ladle to mash it a bit.

  2. 2

    Pour oil into a bowl, add a little ngu liquid let it's colour change.

  3. 3

    Add salt and seasoning cube, adjust taste.

  4. 4

    Add pepper and ehuru

  5. 5

    Pour in your lightly mashed ugba and stir till homogeneous. Add crayfish.

  6. 6

    Serve with roasted yam or plantain.
