Ugba sauce

Hubby wanted something local to eat roasted yam and plantain. #myhubsfav #abjmom
Steps

Warm the ugba, use a ladle to mash it a bit.

Pour oil into a bowl, add a little ngu liquid let it's colour change.

Add salt and seasoning cube, adjust taste.

Add pepper and ehuru
- 5
Pour in your lightly mashed ugba and stir till homogeneous. Add crayfish.

Serve with roasted yam or plantain.
