Mix yeast and sugar in the milk and wait till ferment

Mix salt and oil in the flour

Now knead a soft dough with the yeast

Keep it covered with a wet cloth

As it doubles in size knead once again

Divide into small portion and roll into parathas

Heat a skillet and fry parathas

Spread butter over it and serve with ant side dish
