Eggless oats and ragi butterscotch cake

Mix the oats, ragi,baking soda, baking powder, salt in a bowl. In another bowl mix sugar, oil smoothly using hand blender. Then add buttermilk, yellow food col,essence. Mix nicely. Then add dry ingredients to this liquid mixture. Mix slowly everything.
In an oven proof heart shape greased container pour the mixture. Tap it 2 to 3 times.
In a preheated oven bake this for 40 to 45 mins at 180 degree Celsius. U can Check whether the cake is done or not by inserting a toothpick into the cake. - 2
If the toothpick come out clean then done. Cool the cake completely.
Then cut the cake into halves horizontally. Put some sugar syrup over 1st layer of cake. Then put the whipping cream(whipped cream in which yell food col is added). Over it place another piece of cake. Again sprinkle sugar syrup over it. Then whipping cream. Keep in fridge for 1hr. Then do the final frosting by using nozzle tip. Sprinkle some caramelized nuts over. Keep the cake in fridge for atleast 4 to 5 hrs before serving.
