In a large mixing bowl sift together all dry ingredients and keep aside.

Preheat the microwave at 180 degrees centigrade.

Take milk in another large mixing bowl. Add vinegar and keep aside for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes add butter, vanilla extract. Using electric blender or hand blender mix all wet ingredients together until it becomes soft and fluffy.

Now add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix using spatula.

Fill the cupcake liners 2/3 full.

Pace them in preheated microwave for 18 minutes at 180 degrees centigrade at convection mode.

Once it baked take them out and allow them to cool completely. Cupcake is ready.
