Vegetable Upma for morning breakfast😋
Steps

First heat the pan & roast semoilna/suji in low flame for 5 to 10 minutes then keep aside.

Meanwhile chopped all vegetables & deep fry peanuts and keep aside.

In same pan put ghee in it add mustard seeds then curry leaves then green chilli & saute for a minute add chopped onion too.

Cook till onion become golden in colour add green peas,carrot,& tomato cook well.

Add gram daal/chana daal & peanuts together then add black pepper & salt cook well.

Now add water & lemon juice & sugar together when water boils add roasted semolina & stir continuously.

Ganish with fresh corrainder leaves & spread 1 spoon ghee on top before serve.

Vegetable upma is ready to serve.
