In a big pan heat oil and temper with the items given under ‘To temper’ table.

Fry for a minute and then add onion, green chillies, ginger and fry until onion turns transparent.
Side by side, boil mixture of 3 cups water and 1cup Milk - 3
Dry Roast rava with out changing colour in a separate wok

Add the vegetables to your pan and fry well for 2 minutes on medium flame

When veggies are done add milk and water mixture
Now let veggies boil in this mixture for another two minutes - 6
Add salt and pepper when veggies are boiling
Now Add rava and mix well. - 7
Mix well, wait until the water gets absorbed by the sooji.

Once it gets thick, cook covered in low flame for 8-10 minutes.

Now add ghee and give it a nice last mix.
