Ingredients

  • 1 cupIngredients :- Besan
  • 1 tbspRice flour
  • as neededWater
  • to tasteSalt
  • As neededCoriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tspGinger grated
  • 2Chopped onion
  • 1Grated carrot
  • 1/2 cupShredded cabbage
  • 2Chopped capsicum
  • pinchTurmeric Powder
  • to tasteAmchur powder
  • to tasteRed chilli powder
  • as neededOil to make cheela
  • as neededBread for Cheela

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a batter of all the ingredients except bread and oil....

  2. 2

    Heat a tawa..

  3. 3

    Dip a slice of bread in the besan mixture from both sides..

  4. 4

    Now put it in the heated tawa..

  5. 5

    Drizzle some oil and let it cook from both sides by flipping

  6. 6

    Once done serve hot with sauce or chutney
