Ingredients

  1. 200 gmsChicken Sausages (Bought from Cold Storage)
  2. 1 tbspWhite Cooking Vinegar
  3. 1 tbspLemon Juice
  4. 1 tspGinger Paste
  5. 1 tspGarlic Paste
  6. 1 tbspOil
  7. 1 tspButter
  8. 1 tbspEverest Chilli Chicken Masala
  9. 1/2 tspWhite Pepper Powder
  10. 1/2 tspBlack Pepper Powder
  11. 1/2 tspCumin Powder
  12. 1/4 tspTurmeric Powder
  13. 1/2 tspKashmiri Paprika Powder
  14. To tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Make cuts on the chicken sausages and marinate with white cooking vinegar, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, oil, Everest chilli chicken masala, white pepper powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, kashmiri paprika powder and salt. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Marinate for few hours in refrigerator.

  3. 3

    Add 1 tsp butter to a grill pan and pan grill it or grill it in an oven. Serve warm.
