First grind oats and make powder,then in a bowl take one cup of oats, then add finally chopped veggies,chillies,grated ginger and all dry spices mix it well now add curd slowly slowly add water and make chilla type batter mix it very well now lastly add coriander leaves and mix it very well.Now heat the tava and make a chilla.Grease with oil and Cook both sides until it become golden brown enjoy with chilled curd or achaar.

Please add water slowly slowly.We don't want very lumpy batter.you can choose vegetable which you like if you use garlic then add into this.
