This dish is going viral now in my country, eventhough not the authentic one and made to adjust to our taste, it is actually pretty good.
The real mentai rice is made with salmon and it is pretty expensive here so the original creator made this recipe with sausage instead, which is cheaper 😊

In a bowl mix the hot rice with powdered sambal mix until combined. Set aside.

In a nother bowl quickly mix the sausages, mayo, chilli sauce and tomato sauce until combined.

Then add the sausage mayo mixture on top of the hot rice until all the rice is covered.

Serve with some toasted nori if you like.

If you don't have powdered sambal mix, you can use furikake instead.
