In warm water put yeast,sugar,oregano,salt atta and oil. Mix it nicely. Knead the dough for at least 10 mins. Keep in a warm place by covering it for minimum 2 hrs. It should be double in size.

For stuffing, marinate chicken with curd, ginger garlic paste, pepper,salt. Keep it for 30 mins. Then cook it in a pan by putting little oil. Let it cool.

Now take the dough and make small balls out of it. Roll it like puri. Cut it little little from 4 sides as shown in picture. Stuff it with chicken or veggie of ur choice. Then fold it one by one from each side like the picture

Keep all rose shape buns in a baking dish. Brush it with egg white or milk or butter. Sprinkle some sesame seeds and chilli flakes on top.

Bake it in a preheated oven for 20 to 30 mins.
