Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 12strawberries, large
  2. 1 cupmilk
  3. 2 tablespoonsbutter
  4. 2 tablespoonsflour
  5. lemon thyme
  6. 1 tablespoonsage pesto
  7. salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt butter in a small pot and stir in flour to make a roux

  2. 2

    Slowly pour in milk and whisk until thickened

  3. 3

    Add thyme, pesto http://www.thekitchn.com/recipe-diy-sage-25302, and a pinch of salt

  4. 4

    Cut up strawberries very small and put them into the sauce. Stir until the sauce is pale pink in color.

  5. 5

    Mix in with pasta and enjoy!
